The next day, you will see the whole olive harvesting process from the field to the oil mill, ending with a taste of this golden liquid in Les Cometes factory from Cervià de les Garrigues.

Les Borges Blanques – Cal GineretGuided tour to the capital of Les Garrigues, Les Borges Blanques. This visit includes the old Cal Gineret oil mill where the town’s oil was stored in the past. Also this place, is the current Spanish Civil War Interpretation Center, where they play a maping that explain this historical moment. The visit ends with an olive oil tasting in the oil cup.
